Firebrand Wellness is an independent coaching platform, my labor of love, born from a desire to spend more time with women who believe they can age with wellness. I offer one-on-one health coaching, online courses, and special lectures. If you are a woman over age 35 who wants to live a healthier, more aligned life, I hope you will join us.

Hi, I'm Dr. Alisha Ghajar!

My purpose is to educate and empower as many women as possible to take charge of their own health, and step forward into their next decade stronger and more vital. 

Aging does not equal illness, and I, for one, intend to age with wellness.

Women are the backbones of our families, our social networks, and communities. Our wellness is imperative for the health of the whole.

My Story

Growing up in a small city in deep East Texas, I was raised to expect a certain amount of debility with age, along with an expanding waistline, a weak body, and chronic metabolic disease. This just didn't make sense to me, and I always knew there had to be a better way. To that end, I found my way to Colorado State University where I studied nutrition, and then to Bastyr University for a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. I've been practicing medicine in Seattle, Washington ever since.

Eventually, after having my daughter at 41 years old, I found myself frustrated with weight gain, fatigue, and chronic pain. Again unwilling to accept my situation, I applied my education and did my own research. The result is a happier, stronger, more energetic version of myself, and a lot of tools to share with my community.
